php365 may require Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to php365 is truthful and accurate. php365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
You agree to notify php365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. php365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account prior to your notification to php365.
php365 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team immediately.
php365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the Player's Account verification status.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your php365 Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to process. php365 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All funds deposited into your php365 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. php365 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed the required KYC verification process. Real Money Funds are eligible for withdrawal at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by php365 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the applicable promotion terms) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. php365 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.

php365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude php365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
php365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting php365 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the php365 Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 10, 11, 14, and 16 — shall continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
